HiveCompute provides a hosted coordinator that accepts transcription jobs, splits audio into shards, dispatches work to enrolled workers, and returns merged transcript results. During beta, uptime targets, supported regions, and rate limits may change with notice.
You must keep API keys confidential, restrict access to authorized personnel, and notify HiveCompute if you believe credentials were exposed. You are responsible for all activity performed with your keys until they are revoked or rotated.
You may not use HiveCompute to process unlawful material, evade privacy or wiretapping laws, attack the service, or submit workloads that would damage shared infrastructure. HiveCompute may suspend abusive or risky usage immediately.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload audio and receive transcripts. You retain ownership of your submitted content and resulting transcript, subject to the limited rights needed for HiveCompute to operate the service.
Pilot pricing, credits, and monthly budget caps are defined in your partner record or written pilot agreement. Usage is measured by processed audio duration and related billing records maintained by the coordinator.
HiveCompute is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis during beta. Transcription output may contain errors, and the service may experience interruptions while features are being tested or deployed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiveCompute is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Direct liability for beta use is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Either party may stop using the beta at any time. HiveCompute may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, security incidents, non-payment, or material misuse of the service.
Contact the HiveCompute team before sending production or regulated workloads. This beta draft does not claim HIPAA, CJIS, or other sector-specific compliance coverage.
